  • Relaxing Swedish

    Allow yourself to let go of stress and tension with this full body, gentle, relaxation massage. This massage will improve circulation and ease stiffness in the muscles and joints using traditional Swedish massage techniques.

  • Deep Tissue

    This massage uses long, slow strokes, heat and deeper pressure on tight or congested muscles to release tension and restore flexibility.  A deep tissue session is generally area-specific and will often include applying pressure to trigger points within the muscle tissue to help in achieving deep muscle release.

  • Therapeutic Fusion

    This massage is perfect for you if you have specific needs that require more intensive treatment.  I will use a fusion of massage, stretching and/or energy clearing techniques to address any issues that you have or may arise during your session.

  • Mother Massage

    Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema. In addition, massage reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.  It’s great for baby too!

  • Reiki

    Reiki is a  spiritual healing art – the practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands.  It is a subtle and effective form of energy healing which brings about healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.  Reiki is based on the philosophy that there is a universal energy that supports the body’s inherent self-healing abilities.  During a Reiki session you remain fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table or seated in a chair.
